Prices are for the rental of the entire property, payable in Euros.
25% deposit due at the time of booking, after payment we will block the booking on the variuos booking sites.
75% balance and refundable security deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The refundable security deposit is €750. The deposit
will be returned within 1 week after your stay.
Tourist Tax to be paid on site.
Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival to 10:00am on your day of departure.
No smoking in the property.
Bookings include electricity, water, linen, towels and pool towels (not beach towels).
CANCELLATION
POLICY
You can cancel free of charge up to 12 weeks in advance of your arrival.
From 12 weeks to 8 weeks prior to arrival: the 25% deposit is forfeited.
Less than 8 weeks prior to arrival: rental rate is non-refundable.
