Situated on a quiet no through road, the property benefits from its fabulous situation next to the lake which comes alive in summer with almost endless activities for children and adults.
This unique property, set in 4 acres of private woodland, is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It offers well-appointed accommodation and is arranged over two floors. A bright light filled open-plan living/ dining area that opens to a to large terrace with outdoor seating overlooking the lake. On the upper floor you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with nespresso machine, cafetiere, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and drinks refridgerator. The charming town of Catus is a 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. Amenities include Spar supermarket, pizza takeaway, restaurant, bakery, butchers & newsagent. There is a weekly market on Tuesdays.
